Light of Tomorrow by VELUX — Service Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before taking part in Light of Tomorrow by VELUX. The service is operated by the Award Force platform (Creative Force Ltd, 5 Majestic Court, St Mary’s Street, Mellieha, MLH 1337, Malta) and VELUX A/S, Ådalsvej 99, 2970 Hørsholm, Denmark (the “Service”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. You warrant that you are at least 17 years old, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

Provided information and data privacy

To participate you must sign up and provide certain information at the registration site, creating a personal account whose confidentiality you are responsible for. The personal data you provide may include your name, phone number, school, social-media handles and country, and is kept for 24 months in Award Force until the next edition of the award. By entering, you accept that the International Union of Architects (UIA) and VELUX A/S may publish and disseminate the submitted projects and related content — including the names of team members, teachers and schools — and make them publicly available on the website for up to 3 years. All personal data is processed in accordance with the VELUX A/S Privacy Notice.

VELUX right to contact you

By participating, you agree that VELUX A/S may contact you about Light of Tomorrow by VELUX. Any other marketing material is subject to your separate express consent; to unsubscribe, email IVA@velux.com or follow the instructions in the VELUX A/S Privacy Notice.
